1. Agreement to these Terms
These Service Terms govern access to the Rinaldi Services LLC website, customer portal, booking tools, communications, payments, and services purchased from or performed by Rinaldi Services LLC. By requesting, scheduling, authorizing, paying for, or accepting a service, you agree to these Terms and any written quote, work order, invoice, project agreement, or service-specific terms that apply to that job.
If a written service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service to the extent of the conflict. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Services and availability
- Rinaldi Services LLC provides a growing range of mobile, remote, technology, repair, development, event/officiant, and other services described on the website or in written quotes.
- Service availability, service area, appointment time, staff assignment, travel requirements, and delivery method depend on the requested service and current operating conditions.
- Website descriptions are general information and are not a guarantee that every requested result is technically, legally, or practically achievable.
- Rinaldi Services LLC may refuse, pause, or discontinue work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, technically infeasible, abusive, fraudulent, or dependent on unavailable parts, licenses, access, or information.
3. Quotes, estimates, scope changes, and pricing
- Displayed prices, ranges, and durations are estimates for ordinary circumstances unless a written quote or invoice states a fixed amount.
- Quotes may include labor, parts, licenses, travel, deposits, taxes, fees, milestones, expiration dates, and other job-specific terms.
- If the condition of a device, project, property, event, or requested work differs materially from the information originally provided, Rinaldi Services LLC may stop and request approval for a revised scope or price before continuing.
- Promotional, introductory, or discounted pricing applies only for the stated period and may return to the disclosed regular price after the promotion ends.
- Pricing may change prospectively. A price change does not alter an already accepted written fixed-price quote unless the quote itself permits the change or the customer approves a revised scope.
4. Appointments, travel, rescheduling, and cancellations
- An online appointment request is not confirmed until Rinaldi Services LLC marks or communicates it as confirmed.
- Customers should promptly notify Rinaldi Services LLC when an appointment must be changed or cancelled. A rescheduled appointment may return to pending status until the new time is confirmed.
- No cancellation or no-show fee applies unless the fee was disclosed before the customer became obligated to pay it.
- Rinaldi Services LLC may reschedule due to travel, staff availability, weather, safety, parts, technical issues, emergencies, or other reasonable operational circumstances.
- Travel, parking, tolls, lodging, airfare, baggage, or similar third-party expenses are chargeable only when applicable to the service and disclosed or approved.
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional payment and cancellation terms.
5. Payments, deposits, and customer-authorized expenses
- Payment is due as shown in the applicable quote, invoice, appointment record, or payment screen. Some services require advance payment or a deposit.
- Available payment methods may include cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, or another method communicated by Rinaldi Services LLC. Payment-method availability may vary.
- Parts, software licenses, domains, hosting, reservations, permits, travel, or other third-party purchases may require advance payment before an order or reservation is placed.
- Square may process online or in-person card transactions. Rinaldi Services LLC does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or CVV values in its website database.
- Customers remain responsible for undisputed amounts properly due for authorized services and expenses.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service, the amount of work already performed, whether a third-party purchase has been made, and applicable law. Customer-authorized third-party costs that cannot be recovered from the provider may be nonrefundable. Approved card refunds are ordinarily returned through the original payment provider when available. Provider processing times are outside Rinaldi Services LLC' control.
Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or remedy required by applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Customer responsibilities and authority
- You must provide accurate contact, scheduling, service-location, device, project, event, billing, and authorization information.
- You represent that you own, control, or have lawful authority to authorize work on any device, account, software, data, property, vehicle, system, or materials you provide.
- You are responsible for obtaining permissions, credentials, licenses, backups, and third-party approvals reasonably necessary for the requested work unless Rinaldi Services LLC expressly agrees to obtain them.
- You must not use Rinaldi Services LLC to gain unauthorized access, defeat lawful security or licensing controls, facilitate fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, or perform unlawful activity.
8. Computer, device, data, and technology services
- Back up important data before service whenever reasonably possible. Repair, recovery, malware removal, operating-system work, hardware failure, storage failure, and other technical procedures can involve a risk of data loss or device failure.
- Data recovery is not guaranteed. Corrupted, physically damaged, encrypted, overwritten, inaccessible, or missing data may not be recoverable.
- Customer-supplied parts or software are used at the customer's request and may have compatibility, quality, licensing, or warranty limitations outside Rinaldi Services LLC' control.
- Rinaldi Services LLC will not provide unauthorized unlocking, credential bypass, software piracy, license circumvention, or access to property the customer is not authorized to control.
- Third-party manufacturer, software-vendor, cloud-provider, or parts warranties remain governed by the third party's terms.
9. Custom software, websites, automation, and digital work
Custom development work is governed by the applicable quote or project agreement. Unless the written agreement expressly says otherwise: (a) third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; (b) pre-existing Rinaldi Services LLC tools, reusable methods, templates, know-how, and general-purpose code remain the property of their respective owner; and (c) rights in customer-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed only as stated in the written project terms.
Hosting, domains, API usage, cloud services, app-store fees, commercial licenses, and third-party subscriptions are separate expenses unless expressly included.
10. Wedding officiant and event services
- Customers are responsible for obtaining and providing any marriage license, identification, witnesses, venue permission, or other items legally required from them.
- Rinaldi Services LLC will perform agreed officiant duties consistent with applicable law and the written ceremony/service arrangement.
- Travel and event pricing may depend on location, rehearsal, ceremony length, customization, booking notice, holiday scheduling, lodging, airfare, parking, tolls, and other disclosed travel requirements.
- Nonrefundable third-party travel expenses must generally be paid before reservations are made.
11. Accounts, passwords, MFA, and customer portal
- You are responsible for protecting your password, authenticator, recovery information, and devices used to access your account.
- You must promptly notify Rinaldi Services LLC of suspected unauthorized account access.
- Rinaldi Services LLC may temporarily restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff, payments, data, or the website.
- Administrative or staff-created accounts may require a password change at first login when that security control is enabled.
12. Communications and electronic signatures
You may receive transactional email or account notices concerning appointments, quotes, work orders, invoices, payments, security, account changes, or other requested services. When you intentionally sign or accept a digital agreement through the website, you agree that the electronic action may serve as your signature to the extent permitted by law. See the Electronic Communications & E‑Signature Terms.
13. Reviews, uploads, and customer content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Rinaldi Services LLC permission to store, process, and use submitted files, images, messages, descriptions, reviews, and other content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate the account, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect the service. Public reviews are published only through the site's review/publication process.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to provide, or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
14. Third-party services
The website may rely on third parties such as hosting, authentication/database, email-delivery, payment, domain, or software providers. Those services may be unavailable, changed, or subject to their own terms. Rinaldi Services LLC is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or service outages, but will use reasonable efforts to operate and secure its own systems appropriately.
15. Warranty disclaimer
Rinaldi Services LLC will perform services in a professional and reasonable manner appropriate to the agreed work. Except for an express written warranty or a warranty that cannot legally be excluded, services and website features are provided without additional implied guarantees of a particular result, uninterrupted availability, compatibility, recoverability, or fitness for an undisclosed purpose.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rinaldi Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages that were not reasonably foreseeable from the agreed service, including lost profits or loss of use. These limitations do not apply where the law prohibits limitation, or to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers should preserve independent backups and business-continuity measures for important data, systems, and operations.
17. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or costs caused by your unlawful use of the service, material breach of these Terms, or submission of content/property you were not authorized to provide. This provision does not require you to indemnify Rinaldi Services LLC for its own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted.
18. Force majeure and events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside that party's control, such as severe weather, natural disaster, utility or internet outage, widespread platform outage, labor disruption, transportation interruption, government action, or emergency. Payment remains due for work and nonrecoverable expenses already properly incurred.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's nonwaivable consumer law applies. Before filing a formal claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a right to use small-claims court or another forum available under applicable law.
20. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
Rinaldi Services LLC may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes do not retroactively rewrite an already accepted fixed written agreement unless permitted by law and agreed as required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
21. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@rinaldiservices.com or through the Contact page.
Versioned service documents and acknowledgements
Rinaldi Services LLC may present service-specific authorizations, intake/condition records, data-risk acknowledgements, change orders, completion acknowledgements, destruction certificates, development agreements, officiant agreements, or similar records through the customer account. When a document requires electronic acceptance, the displayed document version and signing record are retained with the service record. A customer should review the specific document before signing or acknowledging it.
