Electronic delivery
Rinaldi Services LLC may provide quotes, estimates, appointment information, work-order updates, invoices, receipts, agreements, privacy notices, account/security notices, and other service records electronically through the website/customer portal and by email.
Electronic signatures and acceptances
When the website presents a signature, acceptance, approval, acknowledgement, or similar electronic action and you intentionally complete that action, you agree that the electronic record and action may be used as evidence of your agreement to the displayed terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Do not sign or approve a document unless you have reviewed it and are authorized to agree for the person or organization identified in the document.
Copies and records
Where the website provides a print/document view, you may print or save a copy using your browser. You may also request a reasonable electronic copy of an available service record by contacting Rinaldi Services LLC. Some business records may be retained electronically for accounting, legal, service-history, security, or other legitimate purposes.
Hardware and software requirements
To receive electronic records, you generally need an internet-connected device, a current web browser capable of displaying HTML and PDF/print views, and a working email account for email-delivered notices. Saving or printing records may require local storage, PDF capability, or a printer.
Email and account notices
You are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping your account contact information reasonably current. Transactional messages may concern requested services, account security, appointments, payments, quote/work-order/invoice changes, or other operational matters.
Withdrawing electronic-delivery preference
You may contact Rinaldi Services LLC if you need an available notice or agreement provided in another reasonable format. A request concerning future electronic delivery does not invalidate an electronic signature or record already lawfully completed and does not prevent Rinaldi Services LLC from sending security or legally required notices electronically where permitted.

Versioned acknowledgement records
When the website specifically asks a signed-in user to acknowledge a current policy or electronic document, Rinaldi Services LLC may record the policy/document version, account identifier, date and time, acknowledgement method, and limited technical information such as the browser user-agent string. An acknowledgement record is evidence that the displayed version was intentionally acknowledged; it does not change rights that cannot legally be waived.
