Signed-in Customers
Use My Account to submit and track requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, opt-out, portability, or another privacy matter. Keeping the request tied to the authenticated account helps Rinaldi Services LLC verify the requester and maintain a consistent record.
If You Cannot Sign In
Use the Contact page or email contact@rinaldiservices.com and clearly state that the message is a privacy request. Additional identity verification may be required before personal information is disclosed, corrected, or deleted.
What to Include
Describe the request and the account, service, or information involved without sending passwords, MFA codes, payment-card numbers, private keys, or other secrets. Rinaldi Services LLC may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify identity or clarify the request.
